Ultimate Custom Night Skin Mods
This is a simple texture mod for Scott Cawthon's "Ultimate Custom Night". For now, the only changed skins are in the list below, which for the most part is only monochrome(black and white spectrum only).
READ FIRST:
You will need the Texmod program to be able to use these properly.
To run the mods:
Open Texmod
Find and select your Ultimate Custom Night game in your steam folder when choosing target application.
Have "Package Mode" selected
Find and select the packages you have downloaded and hit run!
Update 3/12/2020: I'm redoing everything since editing them was previously a hassle and I had to make guesswork on the Alpha Transparency. I previously exported the images to edit in .PNG format, which not only didn't export them with Alpha transparency, but the file size was bigger. My GIMP updated with .dds support(didn't have to find the plugin for supporting this file extension) so now I can "Load the Images -> Make Them Whatever Color or Whatever -> Export". Previously editing the images took roughly 30 minutes longer PER IMAGE. Now it takes less than a minute per image, minus loading and exporting times(which totals about 40 seconds of waiting). This won't take much longer!

Monochrome Releases
1.2.0 - Added the rest of the roster! You now have all interactible animatronics as a monochrome variant!
1.1.1 - Added characters from FNAF 3 and FNAF 4.
1.1.0 - Updated with all characters from FNAF 1 and FNAF 2. Some characters that were in the 1.0.0 build are removed(such as Rockstar Freddy. he will be re-added later on.)
1.0.0 Depricated - First publish with few animatronics completed. EDIT: Will remove this build completely when all characters from that release gets added to the main release. I'll still leave this here until I get them re-added later on.

Ordered by order of appearance in the games, values are rounded to the nearest tenth, with total completion counting each object, rather than each section.

Monochrome is now 100% Complete for all Animatronics!
