===DESC===

X-Eternal is a continuation of EXEternal originally created and owned by Neutroa and Raenablaize. This project brings the experience to completion with all original tracks fully realized alongside brand-new songs.

This is not a revival or remake of EXEternal!!!

X-Eternal should be treated as its own standalone project, inspired by the original but moving in a new direction.

Story / Lore:

While killing time on BF’s PC, BF and GF boot up a random Sonic fangame they found online.

Big mistake.

The game turns out to be cursed, tearing open a portal that violently drags BF into the Sonic.exe world—while GF is left behind, distracted in the kitchen grabbing popcorn.

Now trapped inside a hostile, god-forsaken game, BF must face the horrors of the Sonic.exe universe alone, without GF’s usual protection.

Can you guide BF through this twisted reality and reunite him with GF…

—or will he meet his end at the hands of something far beyond mortal control?

GF does eventually get pulled into the game…

but she’s stuck watching a 45-hour SpongeBob marathon with Sunky for the entire mod—
