Here in hell many infections and diseases have spread one of these is called corruption; Satan has fired grim and his brother reaper because of their poor performance in greeting people to hell so now grim owns a company that kills corruption and reaper is away trying to make his way into heaven.
Help scrub; some guy who is hired by grim to clear out corruption take out corruption once and for all
