This was a Ludum Dare entry so I'm not going to work on it anymore but thanks for the feedback.
It is a alright for playing a bit but you can improve it in a lot of ways. Add a bit more variation to the scenery and the buildings and add some power ups/power downs like extra speed/less speed.
The city is running out of power and the electrician needs to restore the power quickly before there is a blackout!
