Yo its me again
Can you help me set up mugen i want to start my own project
Specifically i want to set up the screen pack

So, firstly, THANK YOU! These are my favorite versions of Diavolo, Giorno, Kosaku Kawajiri, and Josuke. Secondly, there are many new versions and fresh takes on different characters, like Okuyasu and N'Doul.
Thirdly, you managed to break the 12th rule of MUGEN: Make the menu music way too loud.
There's just one thing I would like to see:
Make it so that the application itself is a window that isn't fullscreen, that can be stretched, and that keeps its aspect ratio if it is stretched.
