What do you think?

For this very early access version, I would probably improve the game mechanics instead of developing the story and/or assets of the game. The walk feels a little flimsy, and the battle could be longer/more complex. I felt like whatever I did, things were the same. But keep it up, as it's still at a very early stage and this can be a very nice game.

The Wolf itself looked nice. The bird could be added with a Health bar which makes the fight longer. Overall I liked the game, Keep it up ;)

Did one playthrough of it, didn't expect to finish it within 2 minutes.

Things of note :

  • The wolf's walking animation plays even when standing still;

  • The longer you press forward, the faster you go. Doesn't really make sense as you're not running;

  • When you beat the bird, you get a victory screen which for some reason is not separate from the game (it's basically just a layer) as you can literally walk past it into a blue void of nothingness.

  • Even if this is a demo, I learned nothing story-wise apart from the assumption you have to make for your own that these black scribble entities are to blame for all the regular animals losing their lines which causes them to fuse with the world.

You get to play as a wolf who has found himself in his environment as the only thing which still has black outlines. Everything else has lost their outlines and you venture into the forest to find out what is happening. You meet other animals with which you can interact to learn the story.
Point and click to interact with other animals, and choose from multitude of dialogue options.
