What you have to do to download the mod or play it is:
1-download the original ONAF 2 from @Jonochrome 
2-They have already downloaded it, what they have to do is download the data.win of the mod that will contain the graphics of the same that I made myself, that is, modify or change
3-Extract the data.win from the mod on this page and what you will do next is copy it to the folder of your original ONAF 2 and click REPLACE ON THE ROAD
4-Try and play the MOD very satisfactory.
