The Russian Ground Forces have contacted the International Police after some scrapped military prototype droids have been reported stolen. The droids were scrapped due to their volatile and violent tendencies, and the inability to distinguish Friendlies from Hostiles.
The disappearance of these prototypes happened to coincide with the advertisements of "Miko USA", a noticeable event scam centered around bootlegs of Crypton Future Media's Vocaloid Cast of characters. Interpol took note of this coincidence and sent an agent (you) to investigate the host site.
