This is going to be a strategy game about mafia families in the early 20th century. It will be developed in Unreal Engine. The premise of the game is to choose/create a mob family member, or even someone who is not directly related to a family(all characters will be fictional, so any similarities to historical or current events, people, etc. is coincidental), and to play as that character in a grand strategy game. You will do jobs, manage family business, and other such things to grow your territory, and to dominate the underworld of a fictional America.

If you stumble across my dev-log here, and have any interest, please hit that follow button! I am in the very early stages of the game, and I would love to see interest in its concept, and in its current state of completion!

Along with the stuff just listed in my comment below, I have also began planning out how I am going to want the decisions system in the game to work. This is regarding how the player will be able to make decisions and go about seeing through them.

Today was productive day! I have added the character creation, the beginning of the main menu(this will be added to as I have more stuff to add to it, such as loading games and options), and I established the interactivity of the buildings on the map.

Production has officially started! I have the camera movement working, and the basis for the first map in the game, as well as the beginning of the HUD. Pictures soon!
