In the near future there is a huge metropolis. His name is Gaia. The city itself is one big contradiction where social stratification has reached its zenith. The city was divided into two parts. The wretched of this world, scum, bandits, robbers and just moral freaks live in Tartarus. in Elysium - representatives of corporations - the unconditional masters of the city. The introduction of high technology was supposed to lead to the prosperity of society, but led to even greater contradictions. The corporations, sensing their power and impunity so much, implanted a chip with a timer into every “citizen” of Gaia. Life time has become a currency, it has become the thread of corporations on which they keep people.
