I mean i've installed it multiple times and never got a virus. You sure you downloaded from the right website. You could also use a emulator other than Citra.
I would play, but back in 2015, I tried downloading "Citra 3DS Emulator", and it gave my old computer a virus that disabled its power settings and filled it up with malware. So, unless you can tell me how to properly install Citra, I'm afraid I'll have to pass on this one. Good idea though.

Pokemon X but with much harder Gym Battles and Elite 4.
Emulator required (unless you can do some wizardry)
Other than the more challenging battles, it plays the same.
This is for people that think Pokemon X is too easy.
