QC generator for sfm

QC generator is used to help export the models from blender to sfm, in fact the qc is used for crobar which will compile the model for sfm

once the QC has been compiled, the files are saved in this directory
QCgenerator\WindowsNoEditor\QCgenerator\Content\QCgenerator

I'm still working on improving saving and compiling QC, if there are any problems or bugs let me know
