After the closure of the first location due to an accident with one of the suits, Fredbear's Entertainment brought Fredbear's Family Diner back to life with a smaller but still reasonable budget.

Still painfully in debt, the company made the decision to sell all the remaining springlock suits keeping just one due to malfunction, and bought actual animatronics that could perform everyday and make the children laugh and play.

At night, the animatronics are programmed to hunt down the dangerous serial killer and former employee known as William Afton. Will you help Afton out with his twisted plans or will you repaint history in a layer of gold?

Repainted in Gold is a complete standalone-remake of the FNaF Fangame "Painted Gold" released in 2020, made in FNaF maker.

This new remake is a total reimagining of what the game would have looked like if it was made in Clickteam Fusion.

This means that all the mechanics, locations, animatronics and the whole game itself will be much more pleasant to look at and play.

The game will have lore that's connected with the Original FNaF's, although set in a different timeline where some things have changed to try and make the game interesting even from a storytelling standpoint.

There won't be any sequels, this is a standalone fangame.
