whenever i keep clicking "download" it keeps sending me to a broken site for some reason
Is RPG Maker required to be downloaded to play this?
Gave it a play, great work! I've found no outstanding bugs either. Though I do have the suggestion to add more gear for Rod so he can get upgrades beyond his default gear. Probably somewhere around Downtown Olathe. Could either be in a shop (Maybe Lester or Reginald), or simply found lying scattered around so the player would have to actively look for them around the area.
I loved this mod and its idea although I would have loved to have some interaction from Rodriguez in the team good you inspired me to do this A small modification that changes to spike with Rodriguez in the end when they put bandages on this alex

A mod inspired from Zaravan's comment. Rodriguez is in your party, So watch as high and mighty enemies become pushovers with Rodriguez's ability to boost Attack, lower Defence and restore SP.
