What do you think?

i dont rlly understand what to do foxy just jumpscared me randomly lol

It is honestly SO underated!

Long Comment warning:

This is my honest review.

While the cartoonish artstyle definitely takes away from the spook factor, the darkness is creepy and the jumpscares almost always get me, especially fredbear's or the withered's. However, even if u hate the style, the mechanics DEFINITELY shine. I love the way time is used in the pre-night sections. I love the mix of fnaf 4 and fnaf 2 there. Now, into the night sections, oh boy do i have a lot to say...

Firstly, the puppet's system is insane in a good way. Not only can you ramp up the difficulty during nights 1 and 2 using the shock mechanic to turn on the puppet, if u dont intend on activating it and u fail to keep it still, it is very punishing and really adds to the gameplay. I love the mix of fnaf 2's mask (which has been replaced with you hiding under the office desk) and some unique features such as the flash beacon mixed with the door. Also I love the balancing with the night vision and bonnie/puppet since the battery forces u to exit the cams. Speaking of which, I like the pose of bonnie in the office where he shuts the door in ur face before flashing the lights. Acts as a guard against fredbear, who might coincidentally enter his attack phase at the same time as bonnie. Finally, foxy. This one is a bit quirky. He definitely is a little FAST, since 10 seconds off the cams and he will be in his last phase. However, the twitching animation is really cool and the fact that u can slow him down with cams EVEN when he is in the hallway is pretty dope.

Now, onto the minigames:

The first one felt too empty. I won't comment on it, but i will say, the jumpscare got me the first time i played it.

The second one was too easy. But i still like the idea.

But the 3rd one OH BOY. I died more times in it than the main game itself but i never felt like it was unfair. It is PERFECT! No spoilers though!

The 4th minigame shines so much though! I love the way nightmare foxy looks at you with those empty eyes while u rush to hide. I died a couple times to that little event where you have to control your heartbeat. Great overal

Now, after night 5, things get insanely good. Night 6 was fun as hell, it filled the empty trashland the 2nd stage camera was and made Poopy have a role in the game. Also, it gave an actual fun use of the cameras since you had to search around for Golden Freddy, similar to The Joy of Creation. Also, Golden Freddy's jumpscare is so good, and him being in the ofice while you try to hold off Poopy is fricking TERRIFYING.

Now, after beating night 6, you unlock your first star which feels like an accomplishment. Clicking continue afterwards grants access to the custom night, which I think was really well-designed in terms of customizing. Controlling each animatronic individually on-screen and selecting between the "house sections" and "office sections" was a good touch! Also, beating both sections (house on 20/1 mode and office on 20/5 mode) gives you 2 stars. Though, the office 20/5 mode was a tad little too easy considering it is supposed to be one of the hardest parts of the game. But it is not THE hardest, since after completing a challenge in custom night, you unlock the extras.

I LOVE the SNaP 1 section. It feels so scary, especially those screams in the abience. Also not knowing where anyone is unless you peek in the cameras WITH the lights on and you still can barely see is terrifying. Also, the animatronics in that section are T E R R I F Y I N G. 10/10 section. Plus it gives a star.

Now, the rest of the challenge modes (hard mode on night 6 and blind mode on the house section). Both were pretty good, it is scary knowing in night 6 hard mode your flashlight is so limited. But blind mode is not that much of a change (I mean, you are blind).

Finally, the bugs:
You guesed it, there are no bugs and they were all fixed in the latest patch
So, in conclusion, the game is pretty damn underated.
Overal, now that it is finished and has ALMOST no bugs, it earns a solid 8.5 out of 10. The content is good, the mechanics are good, the balancing is good, only the graphics lack. Were it 3d with budget, it would easily earn a 9/10, maybe more. Sure though, it doesn't reach "the joy of creation: story mode" territory or "the return to bloody nights". Those were obviously much better and were dveloped in a team.

also play corrupted purgatory

Poopy's Pizza Place was opened right after the events of 1987 at Freddy's as a parody of what it used to be. Despite the location's success, it appeared to have some mysterious stuff going on inside it at nights. You have been hired as a security guard around the place at night, and you have a couple more jobs too. Before the shifts though, Nightmares are unavoidable... #fnaf
