Stellavulpis
Stella and Liz just opened their brand-new café, Stellavulpis. It was their big dream, and they worked really hard on it. They did some marketing to tell everyone about their delicious coffee and pastries. But something unexpected happened: their marketing worked too well! Now, instead of a few customers, their café is suddenly packed with guests. There are so many people, Stella and Liz are overrun and honestly, they're not sure what to do. The café is a huge success, but it's also a bit of a happy mess!
This is where you come in. You'll play as Stella, one of the café owners, but in this game, you're the main server. Your job is to help manage all these new customers and make sure everyone gets what they want. Your main task is simple to understand but tricky to do: you need to run around the guest area of the café and deliver the correct orders to all the waiting guests.
But how do you get the orders? Well, you don't just pick them up. First, you have to tell Liz, the other owner, exactly what food or drink to prepare. Liz is super fast at making everything! Once she's finished preparing an item, she'll quickly put it on the counter for you. That's your signal to take it and rush it to the right customer.
You need to be very aware of the time. This is a fast-paced café, and the guests are not the most patient people. They get hungry and thirsty quickly! If you take too long to get their order to them, they will get annoyed. If you are too slow, they will simply leave the café without buying anything. This means you lose out on their business.
But there's good news! These guests are fair. They will reward you based on how quickly you serve them. The faster you are, the happier they are, and the more money they will give you as a tip. This is great because it means you can earn lots of money by being really prepared and really fast. Thinking ahead and moving quickly are key to making a big profit!
However, managing all those orders has a few challenges. You need to be careful about how much you tell Liz to prepare. Stella, your character, is still quite new to this serving job. She can only carry one order at a time. This means you can't grab a coffee for one person and a cake for another at the same time. You have to make two separate trips from the counter. Also, the counter itself isn't huge. It's not big enough to keep multiple dishes waiting for you to pick them up. So, you have to decide what's most important to prepare and deliver right away.
What happens if you make a mistake? Don't worry too much! If you accidentally get an order wrong or if you're too slow and a customer leaves before you can serve them, Liz has thought of everything. She made sure there's a handy trash bin right nearby. You can just throw the wrong order away and clear the space. It’s part of learning!
If you ever feel confused or need a reminder of how things work, Liz has prepared something special for you. She made a helpful guide that explains every step slowly. So, if you're ever stuck, you can check the guide to learn what to do next.
Your shift at Stellavulpis will be from 1 PM to 6 PM (every hour is 1 minute in real Life). This gives you a set amount of time to serve as many guests as possible and earn money. You can keep an eye on the current time by looking at the large clock hanging in the background of the café. There's a small quirk about this clock, though: it's a bit broken! It can only show the hours, not the minutes. So, you'll have to rely on your instincts and quick service to manage the time effectively as your shift progresses. #simulator #cafe
