1967:
Jason A. Parker deserted his post in Dak To, Vietnam basically the second the battle started and was soon after discharged as a result, to continue in the U.S. Army he will be required to reapply and reperform Basic Combat Training, as well as many other tests to prevent a potential re-offense.
As this is a first offense, no criminal charges have been placed on him.

JASON PARKER v. FAZBEAR INCORPORATED

The plaintiff (Jason Parker) has filed suit against the defendant (Fazbear Incorporated) due to conditions at their "animatronic entertainment" establishment, Freddybear's Dine-In Pizza Buffet.
According to the plaintiff's testimony during the first hearing earlier this month:
"Those animal-robot things they have on that slab of wood in the buffet put the screws to me in my office, how are those things moving around to start with? I didn't apply here expecting to almost get killed!"
The judge and jury sided with the plaintiff and he was awarded $155,000 in mental scarring and "ever-worsening PTSD."
Fazbear Incorporated were forced to close Freddybear's Dine-In Pizza Buffet for a year and a half.

The C.E.O of Fazbear Inc, known only as "Mr. Fredbear." has stated that he is very disheartened by this case and that he wishes the best for Melanie and her family.
