Nevermind it works and is great
Admittedly, I really only played this because it came up when I searched for lisa fangames, I've never really watched any of AlfaOxtrot's videos (except for his liminal space photographer one) so the references are lost on me. However, this game is peak! I really loved playing it!

Z or Space to interact with stuff (NPCS, items etc)
Arrow keys to move.
Shift to sprint in overworld or make battles go faster.
F5 to activate fullscreen, F6 to change screen size.
F12 to return to title screen.
