What is Undertale: Before Frisk?
Undertale: Before Frisk tells the tale of a human that falls down after the 6 human souls are taken, and before Frisk's fall into the Underground. You play as Xander, who must go through what Frisk went through and therefore change Frisk's experience. The game is only going to tell the tale of Xander's run, which will be a Neutral Run, but there will also be a non-canon Genocide Xander fight, where Xander protects King Asgore from Frisk.
There will be many new things added into Undertale: Before Frisk, but for now, I'll go through some of them.
Fristly, A new system called Magic!
Magic in Undertale: Before Frisk is used in puzzles, since it takes place during a Neutral Run. However if you want a Genocide version, I could gladly make one for you. This is unlocked after sparing Toriel at the end of the ruins.
Speaking of the Ruins, you get to explore a new pat of the Ruins called the Sub-Ruins! A new area that can be explored in puzzle areas of the Ruins.

A: Hell no. I will make the full game, even if it kills me.

A: Yes.

A: No. You may not. However if you wish to make remixes or fanart, go ahead.

A: I don't know. I'm doing this myself, so until I can form a team, this will take a while. Thankfully im watching a tutorial on how to make Undertale fangames.
Q: Will there be a hardmode?
A: Technically yes because you'll get to play as Frisk after the events of Undertale: Before Frisk.
Q: If this takes place before Frisk falls into the Underground, what time does it take place?
A: The game takes place 3 months before Frisk falls (Originally it was gonna be minutes after Xander falls).
Q: Who is Xander?
A: Xander is a human with the soul of Determination, like Frisk.
Q: What Route does this take place in?**
A: Xander does a neutral run, so you can't do genocide.
