Welcome to UNDERTALE: Playing with fire, a fanmade, genocide Toriel battle.
Before you proceed, I HIGHLY recommend playing, or watching a playthrough of Undertale if you haven't already, to get a better understanding of this fangame.

Q. What is the storyline?
A. To summarize, the human goes on a genocide route, but on this route, they accidentally forget to kill one monster, it was a Whimsun that was hiding. When it saw Toriel, it warned her about the human's massacare. What happens after is a spoiler.
Q. If they forgot to kill a monster, wouldn't it be a netural route?
A. It's an intended genocide run, but an accidental neutral run, however you want to put it.
Q. How many phases will this have?
A. one lol

A. I don't expect any popular people to play this game. Maybe in the future?
