I been planning on making this for a while but please tell me what engine to use and how to make an undertale fangame because idk how or what the best engine to use for an undertale game also i may need help so if someone can help me in any way please and thank you. I know it is in devalogue but thats why i need to know how to make one and i already know alot of what im going to make happen.
