Digging the screen shake, but not a fan of the cloud penises. I like the way you did your hidden areas with the transparency. For my Zelda game, I might include a similar concept.

Somebody has kidnapped Mr.Zulin's friend. A friend best known as āthe dude from devastationā. The villain has escaped to an unknown destination. However Mr.Zulin has finally managed to pick up the trail of the criminal. It led him to the āMizgir Meadowā. Back then the name seemed strange and evoked uneasiness... Old, forgotten dismay... However Mr.Zulin had no other choice but to take his battle-scarred pistol and venture forth into the unknown to save his friend - āthe dude from devastationā.
