It has a Web (HTML) Version and Downloadable Version for Windows, Macintosh & Linux. Instructions are available on the packages so there you could learn how to run it and play it.

Aditya OS is a application which has apps and games like an OS!

Made with Scratch (actually it's mod TurboWarp, and later it's another mod PenguinMod) by @MYTAditya

It was open source till the Aditya OS A update. After that, it became closed source.
