what version of gamemaker should i use?

In the files there is no game to play on what do i do with that al the files are correct but there is no game
I know this is a bit late, but this is such a good engine. I have a question, however.
If you're still active or if anyone else knows the answer to this question, is it possible to make it so that the player can't flee in a battle. I'm trying to make a boss right now, and I want to make it so the player can't flee, so if anyone can help, please tell me. Thank you so much :D
Advanced Undertale Engine for those who want to create good undertale fangame!
First and foremost, my teacher always said:
"Make codes easier to read and easier to write. Any person who knows how to code should be able to understand what your program does just by looking at it."
I follow these words like rules and laws, and thus I will do my best to make every single lines of codes and scripts easy to follow and edit!
!!!A small warning, however.
you must know at least basic GML to be able to understand how to edit them.
I will create tutorial videos, but they will be hard to follow unless you know a bit of GML. Any help I will give related to this engine will assume you have at least minimal knowledge on GML.
This engine will have diverse possibilities, including:
Your own storyline
Your own pacifist/neutral/genocide route and their endings
Your own monster
Your own friends
Your own attacks
Your own items
You can edit anything at your will!

Karma Effect
Proper Genocide Implementation
Different soul modes
I will immediately add any requested feature that I feel like should be in the engine!
