I like this a lot. Great minimalist graphics and tight gameplay. Enjoyed the differently themed challenges. A little brutal with the limited lives. I'd prefer infinite :) Fantastic job for a first game!

Love the graphics style! Can you please make the soundtrack available? It it super sweet :)
Alien Cortex is a spatial-themed 2D platformer with a dark atmosphere to it.
KEYS :
UP/LEFT/RIGHT : move and jump
SPACE : use action
MOUSE : select in the main menu and pause menu
ESCAPE : pause (or skip the cutscene)
It was made with Orthello and Unity 3D
