Haha, I was all over the place but I couldn't stop laughing. I think the Tetris theme matched well.
I actually had some fun from this. If you are still working on this, please make it so the game doesn't just end when you collide with blocks. Maybe make it decrease score or set you back but not just end and have to restart the whole game.
I also experienced a crash when I jumped off the edge to the left right at the start.
