Beluas and Castles

A simple yet fun game. though some more explanation would be nice. took me a while to figure out how to heal (right click apples,berrys ect and choose eat)

i got as far as getting the anvil then had no idea what to do with it.

The game lends itself to a good concept--build a side-scrolling castle and adventure around on a remote island filled with danger!

But at times it felt like the maker of the game put a little too much trust in the wit and patience of the player--after the tutorial steps it's easy to figure out a few things, but it always felt like there was a lot more to do that the player is simply unaware, with no clear way to figure out how do them. Experimentation was largely useless, and little hints were there, but they were often only enough to promise and then frustrate.

Or maybe things were actually rather obvious and I'm just dumb.

Great game! :)
