I also included it in an article of my favorite games! http://fireside.gamejolt.com/post/jam-favorites-gj-gdc-jam-b3pze9v4
As soon as I opened the game's page, before I downloaded it, I thought it was similar to Nuclear Throne. After playing it, the thought persists, but it is still great! I don't know if it was a glitch or not, but on either the fourth or third level, mobile turrets got stuck in the wall. They were not able to shoot me at all, so I am assuming it is a glitch. I am curious on the weapon's systems, like what 'j-44,' 't-23,' 'a-99,' ect. means. It may just be a randomized model name for the weapon, but are there any different stats? Overall, it was a great game, I loved the hardness of it, it reminded me of games like Binding of Issac, Nuclear Throne, and Hotline Miami.
Really nice looking, well made game. I included it in my GDC Jam compilation video series, if you’d like to take a look :) https://youtu.be/OiH24bKx6LQ
Oh man I am utterly crap at this game. But it seems like you've managed to create a very full experience within the time limits!
I'd love it if you'd check out my jam game if you have a minute: http://gamejolt.com/games/octoboom/124785 <3
"The sound of knocking startles you. Someone is at the door. You invite them in."
A short, brief action top down shooter, that puts you in the shows of a private investigator.
The game revolves around randomized combat; all the maps you explore, and the weapons you use, will be randomly generated.
The game will feature several floors, increasing difficulty, and (maybe) a final boss.
