The long delay when loading new block is kinda annoying
But it's challenging puzzle game nonetheless
Clever puzzle game! I only tried the HTML5 version, and the performance was admittedly a little spotty. The game would hang a little bit every other time a block would land in the middle of the puzzle. I am using Chrome, on a blazing PC, if that helps.
As someone who is red-green colorblind, I had a VERY hard time differentiating the yellow blocks from the green. Otherwise, I found it to be pretty accessible. While I agree with Moosefly that it's a little tough to "slide" a block into an open space, it was immensely satisfying to do so. Nice job!
This was pretty interesting and well polished! Looked good and the basic gameplay worked, even though it got usually got quite hectic. I also liked how small things like the blocks having different speeds affected the game. One thing I would like improved is the "pocketing" of blocks, for example trying to squeeze a block going horizontally into a vertical cap like ''''|_|'''' was pretty hard.
*The HTML5 version is finally live! Now it's even easier to start playing so you can get a place in the online leaderboards. Remember: this is a beta version and we're aware that the game sometimes doesn't run as smooth as it should, please download the Windows version if the HTML5 version works too slow for you, we're still trying to work that out :)
