Amazing. Reminds me of a minigame I used to have on my V.Smile (yes, I had one of them). I'd love to see a proper network multiplayer version.

An ancient alien civilization has a quite weird way to keep their people happy: every weekend, they kidnap 4 humans from different dimensions and times, and make them run for their lives in a wild race fullfiled with deadly traps and obstacles.
Oh, and also they exchange the runners' bodies in the middle of the race. Just because.
Welcome to the BodyChanger Racing Arena, a game for 2 to 4 players where the last one alive wins!
But beware, because in any moment you could exchange bodies with that foe you have been harming and annoying all the race. And maybe you have been harming and annoying yourself.
