Why is the Engine 'Other'? Isn't it made in Game Maker?

It's a start but your not their yet. The ball should start at the players mouse and start moving when the player tells it to (by click or some other motion). Otherwise you lose a life at the start of every level.
Other things like the lack of a "quit" button are annoying.
I do really like the shatter effect of the bricks, however, the colors don't seem to mean anything. Red and blue act the same (as far as I can see). Good work, but your not done yet.
Game mechanics (ball bouncing with different angle depending on how it hits pad) and user interface design could be better. Send me a shout when you fix any of these.
Also, I lost at level 3 because ball starts to fly down-right on diag - its hard to catch it.
BreakoutBreak bricks with the blue ball. Try to get to level 10 if you can. This is my first game and I worked hard on it so i hope you like it and rate it if you can. If your to rate it 1 dont just add a comment.

Breakout 1.1 and Breakout?
I made a new version of this game with smoother graphics but I kept the other one so anyone can play both and see the difference. To play trhe older version you have to go to the download page and and play both. The play now will get you to Breakout 1.1.

Little Problem
I fixed something that I forgot to take away when i was converting the halloween version to the newer version sorry for that. I forgot to take away the sounds and music.

For reason of complaints with bad graphics and graphics from internet. I will not continue to upgrade this one. I will make a second one. This one I will make the graphics. If you have any ideas please post them in the comments.
