Possibly NSFW, poke the bouncing bum to play this game. Everytime you poke the bouncing bum in the cheeks, it becomes worth more points but it also becomes faster, poke through the anus to collect the points but if you miss the bum and it goes past the bottom of the screen, it's value will go back to 0.
