It was hard to avoid cars when they spawned inside the view. Maybe have them drive in from above. It would be nice with a visible timer and some sound effects :)

It's a bit rough. I'd suggest moving the player's location back a bit. I got into a situation where the car just popped up and I couldn't escape it. Perhaps, add the seconds counter on the side. I guess the popping up instead of coming from the top down is also an issue I had with it. Hope this helped.
Your a skater that rides cardboard instead of wood... i... guess... If you hit
a car then you die, but the cars get faster every second of skating, so try
to survive the longest and don't die!
The controls are simply A and D keys, to go left or right.
