This year that happened was in 1986, where a small animation show created a cartoon series named: "Chloe and Friends" It went on for 8 seasons meeting new people and laughter and enjoyment from children who were watching the show on their own TV. However, the owner of the show decided to make things a little further, Instead, they opened up an ice cream parlor, which features the cartoon characters from the show, The ice cream parlor opened up in Fremont Avenue. Which was near the animation studio that created the cartoon show. The parlor would be known as: "Chloe's Ice Cream Parlor" which would be a popular fine ice cream establishment, Due to the popularity of CAF. However, suspicious activity caught on camera that certain children are reported missing on that parlor. The owner decided to install a dayshift guard and a nightguard due to the fact boy you already know, let's get on with the good stuff.
