Move around with arrows. Jump with X. Find the door and enter it by pressing UP.
Special actions (which ones?) with Z. Commit suicide with H. Restart with R.
You can also play with pad: A for jumping and X for the special action.
Play the same level over and over again. Sometimes things change, but they only get more confusing.
