This is a very interesting minecraft mod since it really could be added to the game, what this mod does and make the command block be created. You need to install forge first. And I can really say that craft is difficult, but also note that the command block is a very powerful block. The recipe is in the screenshot
WARNING: COMMAND BLOCK CAN NOT BE BROKEN ENCOUNT THINK WELL BEFORE BOOTING THE GAME.
