I got some warnings while installing, but it still installed and was playable.
Besides the strange installation, I could start it like every other game by clicking the link on the desktop.
Odd installation, but a fun game.

1. Unpack zip
2. Install the file located in the "redist" folder
3. Install the "Setup" (if it asks you to install the "XNA Framework..." press "cancel" and then "Yes")
