Damuel 2 for Gameboy (Play in any Gameboy emulator.)

About Damuel 2: It is for the original Gameboy (pre-color.) It is a platformer with over 70 levels plus bosses. It contains over 15 weapons to choose from throughout the game (which is a lot for a Gameboy game!) You can also change forms as many times, for a fun extra element, which is also useful at times. There are potions to increase HP, means to increase and use MP, money, and auto potions which automatically restore health when you are low on HP. The game includes stores and gambling areas. It has a save function and backup save function. The imagery is very goth, wicked looking. There is a sort of duality to it though. The idea is that a wicked sorcerer infested Damuel's good kingdom with evil things. As for the story: Damuel's kingdom was taken from him by that sorcerer, and after so many years some remnants of his people (who were magicians) brought Damuel back to life, and now its his mission to get it back. There is a hammer and flute path you may choose to take. If you choose the hammer as your weapon you cannot attack, but you can break bricks that provide MP and gold. Differently, if you choose the flute you can't attack with that but you can use it on music notes for extra HP and gold. If not that you have 3 offensive weapons to choose from. So you can choose from an offensive path, an MP getting money getting path, or an HP and money getting path in the game. You also have opportunities to switch around. Next, there is MP in the game that lets you perform spells. A few examples are restoring health, reducing enemies, warping, and reaching secret upper and lower areas. Some enemies give you HP, some give you MP, by beating them. You don't have you face bosses, you can take a quicker route, but if you do decide to tackle the boss you go to an area of a save point. There's a lot to the game. Again, it's called Damuel 2. Reviews are appreciated, and feel free to download and share it with anyone. That's why I made it a public domain game. - Adam Jeremy Capps (Lucifer Jeremy White.) #Gameboy #Homebrew #Rom #Free #Damuel2
