Hello~
I just finished playing and recording the game~ Unfortunately I wasn't able to get pass the first stage. hahahah!
I've been playing it for a straight hour, and I keep dying~
Anyway, here's my feedback:
It's hard enough to be a rage inducing game (I raged soo much hahah) But still enjoyable.
The music was kinda getting annoying IMO. It wasn't a catchy tune that would comfort me in my times of raging. Actually it was another factor that made me frustrated on the game, hahah! But if that's what you guys are going for, then good job on that~ hahah
I think the most annoying part was most of the times the Dungeon door wouldn't really appear. At each playthrough sometimes I'll see it, then sometimes it's not there, It's kinda unfair. Is that a BUG or does the dungeon spawn randomly on different locations in a stage? Because I kept coming back on the bottom right to try and find it.
Over All it was a really engaging platform game. And I see what you did with the Mario reference and gameboy reference~ hahhaa.
Here's my Gameplay RAGE video~ Enjoy~ XD

Pretty cool! I really like that "B" does nothing. I think I'm going include that instruction in some game some day. "Press space to... um well nothing?"
neat game! A bit hard at first. Are the levels randomly generated?
Dapper Dungeon Diver is a retro inspired platformer that throws players in the fine Italian shoes of a gentlemen explorer who’s gotten the worst birthday present possible when his fortune is stolen and dispersed amongst an infinite number of death filled dungeons.

This project was really fun to make it was a sort of in between project that I would work on when I was stuck on other larger projects. I wanted to give myself the challenge of creating all the art in addition to all the programing for a project thus the early early Gameboy graphics.

Any and all sales from the game on itch.io will be going to help our team members pay for college. So if you decided you want to support the game I want to say a giant thank you from the entire team.
