This was a great game and I look forward to the full version once it's completed. I also did a quick playthrough of the stage demo in case you guys want to check it out.

This game is so cool! I can't wait for the full thing! Posted part 1 of my 2 part let's play of it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=edinmEzbPAw
So my experience was mixed. I was going to LP this but I'm hesitant now. The game was very scary, but you can't win at the basement section from what I could tell, you just wander.
So I was playing around in it to check out the game mechanics before my let's play but it seems I start in a totally different place then the other let's plays I've seen?
A first-person Noir Horror game set in the late 1940s, the main character must deal with a variety of supernatural occurrences using only their wits. Players will have to piece together clues to understand the various threats they face, with nothing but their own meagre supernatural abilities to aid them.
Munroe’s Glossary of the Occult, p234:
“Shade – A non-corporeal entity which has by some unknown means remained trapped on the corporeal plane beyond the point of death. In instances such as this a Shade may lash out at the moment of death and latch onto a number of physical objects which held particular emotional or intellectual significance to the deceased. These ‘Tethers’ thereby anchor the Shade to our own corporeal plane allowing them to maintain some resemblance to their living form and prevent themselves form being dissipated. Only by removing these ‘Tethers’ can a Shade be successfully pried from the corporeal plane.”
