Game: YOU WIN

Ok so I admit, I suffered the same fate as Chrisay, it looks a lot like game maker. Anyways, add some scary background music, and some sounds when the enemy chases you. The enemy moves in a glitchy manner but otherwise it was ok
Here is a list on how to improve the game from someone who knows a lot about game making.
MouseLook: You should be able to mouselook. If you don't know how to program this, download the 3d demo from this video. It comes with mouse look.
Sprint and strafe: The 3d demo also comes with a single varible for moving forwards and backwards. This makes it easy to add a sprint function. This demo also has the strafe function that comes with the demo so no need to worry about that.
More Levels and variations: I would like to see more levels and variations.
Sound: This is a very important thing about horror games. It's 60% of what makes a horror game scary.
