DethQuake
DethQuake is my first quake mod that I've released in a long time... This one takes stuff from the first mission pack, and quake c patches and randomly replaces weapons with enemies from those sources and replaces guns from quake 1 with ones from quake c patches...
These are the following changes:
-dogs get randomly replaced by SOA centroids
-Enforcers get randomly replaced by drones
-Knights get randomly replaced by SOA gremlins
-Ogres get randomly replaced by Qtest nail firing ones
-Scrags get randomly replaced by Hexen 2 Imps
-Fiends get randomly replaced by willy the spider
-Shamblers get randomly replaced by 2 new enemies:
-Arch shamblers - these are modified shamblers with archvile-like attacks
-Cyberdemons from doom
-Zombies get randomly replaced by Zombombs that do kamikaze explosive attacks
-Tarbabies get randomly replaced by Vomitus enemies that cannot be killed
New weapons:
Now you can fire nailbombs! Use the G key to fire them.. They cost 1 rocket and 10 nails...
Supernailgun gets replaced by a lavagun
Grenade launcher gets replaced by a cluster grenade launcher! Luckily ogres don't fire these cluster grenades...
New:
Spread Nailgun selects when selecting with the 4 key for the nailgun a second time. It shoots a spread of spikes like a shotgun/nailgun hybrid...
Chainsaw replaces the axe! It's really OP and can kill lots of really strong enemies like zombies, fiends, etc... Make sure to tap the fire key as it does no damage if the fire key is held down...
Bugs:
-Enemies models can be fucked up if you load a save game saved in the middle of a level.. Always save at the end of a level due to this...
-Don't chainsaw ogres.... It crashes markv...
This mod requires you play with a limit removing sourceport such as quakespasm or Markv.... Run markv.exe -game dethquake to play...
