The year is 3045, and humans and aliens alike coexist on Earth-39X. Dr.Evil and his "alien" sidekick Koboro the lowest ranked villains in all of Earth-39X cause a crime due to housing bills.
Unknown to them, tensions in the hero world are collapsing and somebody will need to put things in place.

This game was at first supposed to use the ATB Battle system. It was dropped quickly since I prefer the basic turn-based system more.
