Summary in ~7 words: Unhinged corporate nonsense, emotional damage, $5 therapist license
This will be more Visual Novel style than the other fangames (most likely) since it's my first ever game.
Core Premise
You are a completely unqualified “licensed therapist” hired by Fazbender Entertainment™ to rehabilitate malfunctioning Phone Guys so they can be shipped back to various Freddy’s locations.
The “PhoneGuy Rehabilitation Center” is less a medical facility and more of a converted storage warehouse that smells like burnt wires and the weird crunchy outer layer from an exploded battery from a forgotten 2000's kid's toy. But hey, there's also a motivational poster that says: “Feelings are just firmware"! A win is a win, right?
Your job:
Talk to Phone Guys.
Diagnose their “issues.”
Choose treatment options.
Prevent them from either:
Self-destructing
Killing you
Unionizing (!!!)
I was thinking for my game could take place in a PhoneGuy Rehabilitation Center. Basically, here is the starting point of the story - The MC (player) just bought a therapist license online for 5 dollars and now they are looking for a job. What place doesn't run background checks and has such a bad history that they will hire anyone who asks? That's right, The Fredbear company. So now, the MC (player) is working as basically a friend-for-hire for the phone guys that were made and shipped to this location for rehab so they can be then shipped off to work in a Fredbear dinner somewhere.
(As funny as a HR violation ending would be, I don't know if I want to code all that extra dialogue for love/romance options. Also, DSaF with HR? Since when?)
