Definitely helps to use the undo...either press 'z' or click the pink nub to open the tray.

Keyboard shortcuts:
'm' to mute sounds
'z' to undo
Everything else is pretty self explanitory. Open the action tray while mid game by clicking the little nub at the bottom of the screen and then (i) for a couple help pages.
