What do you think?

Interesting game! I included it in my Meatly Jam 2016 compilation video series, if you’d like to take a look :) https://youtu.be/rfvopttkJbY

It kinda doesn't reflect the jam's theme. But its a pretty cool game. It doesn't look like a jam game at all. That's a high quality game baby:D

good quelitiy nice phyisics

Gotta agree with everyone else, really nice concept, cool physics, I love me some bloom. It would make a good post-apocalyptic theme if you decide to keep doing it after the jam.

You should check out my entry, if you get the chance. I look forward to seeing where this goes.

That was an interesting experience, took me a few goes to figure it out. I am pleased to add this to my collection, well done with this game. 5/5. Gameplay link is attached.

Developed for the #meatlyjam

The sun burns you alive. A reactor was created to harness the energy and fuel the world. But you need to release the stored energy periodically or it will leak radiation killing everyone. Use the shield generators to block the sunlight and release the reactors energy. Survive the entire day.

Controls

WASD: Move around
E: Interact
Mouse: Look

Note: In the Unity start prompt you will be prompted to change the controls. Please don't. It may have unintended consequences. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Gameplay

Reactor is marked in green. When it fills it will leak radiation killing you.
Light kills you. Stay out of the sunlight.
Shield generators neutralize the suns light rendering it harmless and a fancy shade of blue!
Shield generators can not be turned off and overheat. When they overheat they must completely cool before they can be used again.
You may close windows to prevent sunlight from entering a room.

Another Note

Due to the nature of this game it does have significant system requirements. It simulates both destruction and lighting in real time. This is a very processor intensive thing to do. Depending on your computer the performance of this game may be sporadic unfortunately. My apologies if you experience this.
