Chrome may block the download, but that's because its new and hasn't been downloaded much yet. I've scanned both the files on VirusTotal AND Windows Security, they're 100% safe, and I promise that. If your antivirus flags it, don't worry, it's a false. To prove this, I added the VirusTotal scan results for both files. If you don't believe them, try it yourself. They will have the same url and will highly likely be undetected.
This batch file opens File Explorer 15 times as a harmless prank. To close all windows, simply right-click the File Explorer icon on the taskbar and select "Close all windows." Enjoy and have fun!
