Monster World: Back To The Gardens

Monster World: Back To The Gardens is a recreation of the old Facebook game Monster World.

In Back To The Gardens you can:

• Have fun with your friends sending them gifts and helping each other

• Create an awesome garden with lots of decorations and plants

• Complete missions to progress in the game and get awesome rewards

• Plant awesome and beatiful plants never seen before.

• Make deals with Robert, the robot, getting some good and useful rewards.

• Take care of a cute baby making him sleep, eat, play, etc.

• Change your monster with the avatar you want and like.

• And much more!

Story:

This project was started to be developed in 2022 with the GDevelop tool, which I discovered thanks to a lovely show called "DC Superhero Girls" (the 2019 version), which I enjoyed back then, even if a greedy show cancelled it, I'm really happy of reviving my childhood game, thanks to this series!, I got inspirated in the "Galaxy Life Reborn" project I saw on the 2020s, there were revivals for other Facebook games but not for this one. I really was a noob on GDevelop but I wanted to try anyways to play again my childhood game. Since I was the only one developing it and I didn't know much about GDevelop, the first version of the game looked really ugly, I thought it was going to be a time waste and I wasn't going to progress, though with the time, I magically started to code it accidentaly! Later it was upgrading with Adobe Animate and Paint NET skills. Years later, the project evolved a lot and was resembling more the original Monster World experience, including some high quality assets made with a clean screenshot I found in Deviantart (no idea why I thought of adding a magic wands limit, lol), THANKS you esme-libra!
