What do you think?

cant start it and it says its a virus

Antivirus detected virus, blocked the download, whatever your game is running to make peoples AV flip out i suggest you fix it, because anybody with a good AV will NOT download this if they know what they are doing. I seriously hope that this isnt a virus, that would be a shame, it looks so very legitimate, of course most scams do....

Microsoft Edge Detected Virus... Most of those Windows are All Pranks... Soo i dont think if i want to download a prank while it could even contain Virus.. Nope!

Virus. Avast told me.

Great 'game'!

Have You ever wondered how would it have been if Windows had been made in 1972? And became operative that date on a PDP-11 microcomputer at Bill Gates' home? With not only text-based GUI but also an additional color graphics-output on a monitor designed by Bill Gates himself prototyped by modifying one of the early color TVs?
Well, this little game will let You try this in a funny way...: there's not only the text-mode GUI to visualize menus with the names of programs, but there's a set of typical 2D and 3D applications for You to try.
The graphical window is there actually only to allow using the mouse confortably and to provide some higher-resolution graphics, and to get the User gradually confortable with the interface, since the whole thing runs actually also in pure text-mode, displaying the seme graphics as on the screen, but with ascii-art done with the characters of the text terminal.

Welcome to Windows '72 ... . Enjoy!

future prospects:

This is version 1.0, it has already a strong set of very characteristic features, but some improvements may come later on : in some future version there should be more of those "applications", and some of the already present ones should be improved. One of the annoying features in version 1.0 is that the mouse and keyboard input works only if the cursor in withing the area of the graphical window... while it would be really nice if the mouse and keyboard imput worked also on the text-mode window. Another feature which I did not manage to include yet is some little parody of the typical electronic sheet program like Excel of VisiCalc. Of course without QBASIC, or Borland's programs like Turbo C, Turbo Pascal or similar, Windows would not have become famous... but theese programs cannot be parlodized well, so parodies of theese will never feature within the set of programs. Maybe some genius of the Lua scripting language or similar could have implemented it in a funny way, but sorry I cannot do those things. To look much more into the future instead, one feature which would be good but is not present in version 1.0, is icons and windows that can be dragged, overlapped and so... I know that would be cool but that's a bit tedious to implement and it's a kind of functionality which is too heavily off my field of interest and preparation...and while an Excel clone is still barely feasible for me to implement, a full-blown windowing system is not.
