What do you think?

just played through the demo of the game and i have to say that it's awesome!) it's a great, pixel-art RPG set in a modern world setting with some humorous and futuristic tweaks here and there that puts you in the shoes of your average (maybe not so - but, alas, i never worked at a pizza company, maybe the delivery guys there are ACTUALLY as powerful as Anthony) delivery man set out on his final mission, both on his job and on his life. the game has awesome, pixel-art graphics done in a simplistic, but, nevertheless, very effective and nice-on-the-eyes style!) the plot is rather simple but gets a lot of twists and turns as the demo progresses, the humour in the game is carefully placed here and there so that there isn't too much of it - i especially loved interacting with all of the different inhabitants of the world - the office workers were definitely the best, jajaja!)

the battle system in the game is a treat - ,starting with the battle transition that is simply awesome - the first time it caught me really off guard because i thought i accidentally transferred to another location, but instead i was dragged into a battle with three damn feral cats! next, the battle background looks tasty and well-done - after playing the game i really got the urge to get some pizza, too - i hope i won't send any Anthony's on their final mission by doing so, jajaja... and, the cherry on top of the already awesome battle mechanics - the combo system that appears any time you attempt an attack looks and performs awesomely and is also rather unique - i haven't seen anything like it in any other RPG Maker games, so, props for that!)

now for some problems/bugs/errors with the game that i hope get adressed or fixed in the next versions - first off, i thnik that it would've been awesome if instead of books in the saving screen there were soda cans/bag of chips in the game's signature pixel art style, but i think that's just a nitpick from my side, jajaja!) next, i think that you should make the text in the intro a little bit bigger, if possible - it's hard to read it in some places and making it larger would be appreciated) the guy on the left side of the sidewalk says "diner" instead of "dinner" in his first phrase. next, when Elijah goes on his old man ramblings there's a text error, saying "his" instead of "him" where the old timer goes "Of course, his being a great boss...". in general, remaking the icons used for the buffs/debuffs and the battle system would be awesome and add a lot more to the atmosphere and immersion of the game while also make it brim with professionality even more. next - Bagel just seems more corny and weird than imposing or threatening (but, maybe that was the idea behind him, who knows...) - he doesn't even feel like a psychopath, more like a champion of khorne from warhammer mixed with a bit of orkish blood, hence his affinity for teeth. and, finally, after acquiring Elijah in your party i still can't seem to be able to progress to the left in the office map - maybe this is the end of the demo, maybe i missed something, maybe something else - who knows?..

all in all, i had a lot of fun while playing Final Delivery - the humour was on-point, the dialogue was pretty cool and fun to listen to, the locations were simple but had a certain charm to themselves and the battle system was simply awesome!) i'd love to see what the game has in stock after the office part and on what crazy and whacky adventures Anthony goes on later along with Elijah and maybe even other party members, and, finally, i'd really want to see how Anthony met his end. BurnsOutDisplayname - thank you for sharing this weird and awesome game with us and i wish you best of luck, nerves of steel and lots of inspiration in both further development and any future endeavors!) take care!
